GYM Laird Strength and Conditioning was started in 2010 because the owner saw a large void in the community that was begging to be filled. It has become increasingly trendy to work out harder, longer, more often, and with more intensity. Our program is exactly the opposite. We train hard, but most importantly, we train SMART!
Most of our clients train with us 2-3 days a week for less than an hour and feel better than they have ever felt in their lives. Here are some of the results they experience:

We encourage ALL new clients to attend our Orientation before they begin taking our class. Orientations are EVERY Saturday at 12 pm and last for approximately an hour. Please wear workout clothes and feel free to bring water and a mat or towel if you’d like as we may put you through an assessment during the Orientation. Also, please check our website in the unlikely event that we have a schedule change.
