About J&M Strength and Conditioning:

Jim Laird and Molly Galbraith are the Strength Coaches and Wellness Instructors at J&M; Strength and Conditioning. Together they have over 20 years of experience coaching everyone from Professional Athletes, to Pageant Contestants, to Soccer Moms. They were both competitive athletes. Jim wrestled, played football and was an elite-level Powerlifter. Molly was a competitive gymnast, cheerleader, figure competitor and currently competes in Powerlifting as well. After several years of dedicating themselves to extreme sports, they have both come to appreciate a more balanced, well-rounded approach to training, and this is the approach they use with most of their clients as well. Their approach strives to optimize overall health by addressing nutrition, training, recovery, supplementation, sleep quality, stress levels and hormone levels. They have learned a lot through their own journeys to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle and they want to pass this knowledge on to their clients.

VERY IMPORTANT

We encourage ALL new clients to attend our Orientation before they begin taking our class. Orientations are EVERY Saturday at 1 pm and last for approximately an hour. Please wear workout clothes and feel free to bring water and a mat or towel if you’d like as we may put you through an assessment during the Orientation. Also, please check our website in the unlikely event that we have a schedule change. Contact us anytime with questions. NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO ORIENTATION CLASS ON MAY 18.

I love this class. I have lost 10 lbs. my back doesn’t hurt while I’m standing at the kitchen sink doing dishes! I hope more people will check your class out!! It’s a life saver!! HONESTLY!! You are excellent at what you do, you looked a bit intimating at first, but I like your style of training! Bless you!
