J&M Strength and Conditioning strives to optimize both the health and performance of its clients through intelligent training, quality nutrition and adequate rest and recovery.

About Us:

J&M Strength and Conditioning was founded because the owners saw a large void in the community that was begging to be filled. This day in age it is becomingly increasingly trendy to work out harder, longer, more often and with more intensity. Our program is exactly the opposite. We train hard, but most importantly, we train SMART! Most of our clients train with us 2-3 days a week for less than an hour and feel better than they have ever felt in their lives.

Jim Laird

Molly Galbraith

Jim Laird and Molly Galbraith are the Strength Coaches and Wellness Instructors at J&M Strength and Conditioning. Together they have over 20 years of experience coaching everyone from Professional Athletes, to Pageant Contestants, to Soccer Moms. They were both competitive athletes. Jim wrestled, played football and was an elite-level Powerlifter.

Molly was a competitive gymnast, cheerleader, figure competitor and currently competes in Powerlifting as well. After several years of dedicating themselves to extreme sports, they have both come to appreciate a more balanced, well-rounded approach to training, and this is the approach they use with most of their clients as well. Their approach strives to optimize overall health by addressing nutrition, training, recovery, supplementation, sleep quality, stress levels and hormone levels. They have learned a lot through their own journeys to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle and they want to pass this knowledge on to their clients.
